Q2.What is the sample dilution ratio?
A2. Please dilute the serum 201 times using the sample dilution solution included in this kit before measurement. If the value is high, exceeding 2 ng/mL even after 201-fold dilution, perform further dilution and re-measure. When using biological samples other than serum, please set the optimal dilution ratio as appropriate.
Q3.Are there any effects from coexisting substances?
A3.The measurement value is hardly affected even if the sample contains up to 50 mg/dL of bilirubin or 500 mg/dL of hemoglobin.
