A2.No cross-reactivity was observed with human herpesvirus species or various bacteria.
Q3.What is the required and minimum sample volume?
A3.25 μL. Insufficient sample volume may result in inaccurate results.
Q4.Is the test qualitative or quantitative?

Q5.Can it be used to monitor treatment effects?
A5.No, this reagent is intended for aiding in the diagnosis of congenital infection.
Q6.Can it be used for testing transplant patients or immunocompromised patients?
A6.No, it cannot be used for diagnosing CMV infection in transplant or immunocompromised patients.
Q7.Why is urine used as the sample?
A7.Because the positive diagnostic rate of CMV-DNA in the sample was the highest.
Q8.Can other sample types (blood, breast milk, umbilical cord, etc.) be used?
A8.The performance of samples other than urine cannot be guaranteed with this kit.
Q9.What are the storage methods and stability of urine?
A9.Collected urine is stable at room temperature for 24 hours. For long-term storage, freeze at -20℃ or below. Do not use preservatives as they may affect the measurement.
